General Rental Conditions

  • The vehicle can be rented by individuals who are at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years. When picking up the car, the client is obligated to present documents for inspection: passport or ID card and driver’s license.
  • The driver is responsible for the rented vehicle. Driving off-road, towing other vehicles, lending the vehicle to another person is not allowed. Any form of part replacement and modification is strictly prohibited. Any replacement is considered damage and will be charged to the driver.
  • INSURANCE:
  • The rental price includes insurance with damage participation up to the deposit amount. This means that in the event of a traffic accident or theft of the car, your participation is equal to the deposit you left when picking up the vehicle.
  • A POLICE REPORT IS MANDATORY FOR ALL TYPES OF INSURANCE! Without a police report, the full amount of damage and/or theft will be charged to the client, regardless of the type of purchased insurance. A report must be made even in cases where the client was not present during the vehicle damage (e.g., the vehicle was damaged in a parking lot by an unidentified person).
  • This insurance DOES NOT COVER damages that occur inside the vehicle, damage to tires and wheels, broken and/or lost keys, damages caused by refueling the wrong type of fuel, and damages caused intentionally or negligently. All listed damages will be charged in full upon the vehicle’s return.
  • It is prohibited to operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications. In these cases, the insurance is INVALID, and the client is charged the full amount of damage/theft.
  • Only the person registered as the driver in the car rental agreement is allowed to drive the rented vehicle. It is forbidden to lend the rented vehicle to unauthorized persons not listed in the rental agreement. In these cases, the insurance is INVALID.
  • The price of the car per day includes tax, comprehensive insurance, and agreed included mileage unless otherwise stated. The daily rate covers a billing period of 24 hours from the vehicle’s pickup, with a tolerance of up to 1 hour when returning the car. All prices are expressed in euros, and payment is made in cash or by credit card.
  • DEPOSIT – A deposit is mandatory for renting a vehicle. The deposit can be left in cash or by reserving funds on a credit card. The deposit is not included in the rental price. The pre-authorization of the credit card is done in serban dinars, whether it is a domestic or foreign card. The release of the pre-authorization is usually done 24 hours after the vehicle is returned.
  • Traffic and parking fines made during the rental period, resulting from violations of traffic regulations in Serbia, are the sole responsibility of the driver.
